I will start with the anatomy:
Quite impressive, yes! I like how you did the body in general! (except the breasts maybe a little bit smaller could look more normal-realistic, but anyway, I like the impact they cause!) also, maybe a little bit more lower the start of the ears could be fine! (maybe it's like tat the character, but it looks a little bit hight). Also the eyes look very cute!! and maybe the hand a bit too small |D I have that problem normally.
Now I'll continue with the shading:
The shading is simply amazing, kind of simple but it looks better like this in my opinion! also maybe you could've low the intensity of the dots, with them it looses some kind of impact.
And now with the effects!
The effects for the background and for the hat and even for the eyes make this drawing to be awesome for the eyes, even more that I could've do- (wait, everyone can do it be- SHHH IS NOT THE MOMENT)
Pros:
-Body anatomy.
-Eye effect.
-Mostly all the effect.
Cons:
-The ears are maybe too hight.
-Hand is a bit too small.
-The white dots could be a little bit less intensive.
Hm... and another thing, I think I've lost the emotion when I was writing this so maybe I remember something later |D
